Worship Ministry

The Adult Choir is the cornerstone of the choral ministry. This group leads in the 8:30 AM Worship Service and in special presentations throughout the year. There are no auditions or prerequisites for membership other than a love for the Lord and a call to serve Him through music.

HisKidz (1st-5th Graders) & HisKidz Jr. (3 year olds – Kindergarteners) are made up of preschool & elementary school age students who desire to lead worship in a choral setting. This choir is open to students and performs in various services throughout the year.

Individuals who possess a distinct talent and calling for Worship Ministry are invited for consideration as soloists.

Worship Leading Teams assist in leading the church body in worship. Our Worship Leading Teams include vocalists and instrumentalists who lead out in both Sunday Morning Worship services.

The music ministry has many behind the scenes groups who help them achieve their goal of leading people in worship. The use of technology is an integral part of our Worship Ministry. The use of lighting and computer presentation, as well as sound engineers enhances our worship services. All volunteers are trained by members of the Parkway Baptist Church family. Parkway Baptist uses ProPresenter Presentation Software.
